In addition to the regular party organizing, we recommend you include the following items in your set up:

Sign-In Station - It’s hugely helpful to get the names and contact information of your attendees. If they become Peace Action members, we can get them in the loop and begin sending them our email updates right away. Just use a simple sign-in sheet and place it in a visible location. Before the Peace Party ends, make sure everyone that wants to has signed in.

Equipment - Well before your attendees arrive, set up your TV/DVD or computer equipment to play Rethinking Afghanistan. Briefly test the entire system by playing a clip of the film and checking the audio and video quality.

Print Materials - Display printed copies of the Out-of-Afghanistan Peace Party Agenda and Action Materials in a central location.

Checklist - The material checklist can help you keep track of everything you need on hand to have a well planned Peace Party.

The work of Peace Action and the Peace Action Education Fund is made possible thanks to the generous support of our members and the following foundations:
